Registration

To join us for an event, there are 3 ways to register:

• By mail: Send a check (if applicable). Include your e-mail and phone number, clearly identifying the event(s) you wish to attend.

Early registration is recommended, as space is limited for all events. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration fees. All events take place at 273 Page Street, SF, CA 94102, unless otherwise noted. Nursing and Behavioral Science CE credits are available for some events upon request and for an additional fee, as indicated below each event listing.
